Rediscovery Trichoglottis scandens J.J.Sm., 1906
Trichoglottis scandens introduce by J. J. Smith in Icones Bogorienses 3 in year 1906. It is describe from specimen collected in Padang Panjang, west Sumatra. The rare specimen and rare book make this species to be lost in public and need to reintroduce.
The isotype specimen found at south Tapanuli regency, north Sumatra by Mr. Wilhamdani Sitompul. Flowering in situ on 31 December 2012.
