It is different plant, leave form with Dendrobium uncatum lindl. Dendrobium uncatum lindl. have labellum with apex bilobed, but Aporum sp. sumatra have labellum rounded.
If it is refert to Dendrobium uncatum lindl. from java, because the differencies it must be will be names as
Dendrobium uncatum sumatranum.
Dendrobium uncatum sumatranum var. nov.
Flowers similar to Dendrobium uncatum lindl, apex labellum not bilobed.
