We found specimens from genus Pinalia sp, collected from Barisan Hill series, Sumatra at 1100 above sea level. Life form as epiphyt at "Pohon Nangka" (Artocarpus heterophyllus) tree. The orchid flowering at cultiation on 3 june with 3 flowers as you see in photo below.
Characteristic :
Flowers : whitis, the lip and column pinkish with brown edges.
Data specimens :
Stem c. 11 - 18 cm
Leaves c. 7 - 8 cm long by c.3 cm broad
Inflorescences distinctly shorter than the leaves, c. 3 cm long
Dorsal sepal c. 1.4 cm long
Petals c. 9 mm long
Lateral sepals c. 1.1 cm long
Lip trilobe, callus absent
