Due still nobody do revision, I migrate this species to the right genus to be Bolbodium carnosum. Word carnosum taken from basionym and no species use this name in genus Bolbodium yet.

Examination
Too much wrong ID happen for this species. Almost all species look similar appearance put as ID Dendrobium pachyphyllum. That really really wrong! To avoid do mistaken please read and learn the characteristic Dendrobium pachyphyllum below, and remember the stem only 5 cm long or shorter.
Dendrobium pachyphyllum have small plant. The characteristic give by Holttum as follow :

Data specimen
Collected from coffee plantation. It is epiphyte at Pohon Kopi Arabika ((Coffea arabica L) at Gayo Lues regency, Aceh, northen Sumatra in c. 1200 m above seal level.. No fragrant. Flowers stand last one days. Plant c. 4 cm.
Flowering on 12 August 2012 at Mr. Cipta Kurniawan`s garden at Blangkejeren, Aceh, Sumatra. He make the photo and send to me to determine ID.
