I receive a few photo from Leicneagra on September 28, 2011 and determine the ID as Bolbidium quadrangulare on 27 October 2011, after read many references bolbidium section possible occur in sumatra.
I think, still need a few revision addition species from dendrobium section bolbidium. It is will be occur after our investigation. In book Orchid of Sumatra, J. B. Comber recorded only one species in Sumatra i.e. Dendrobium pachyphyllum.
We found not only Dendrobium pachyphyllum, and a few of them already register at Enumeration of the Orchidaceae of Sumatra and neighbouring islands, page 292, 1933.
The characterictic flowers given in Flora, oder, Botanische Zeitung, vol . 69:553, 1886 as basionym :
"Flowers pure white like Dendrobium crumenatum, with one green spot on the labellum".
This statement made by Parish in his note basionym description. The character appearance in flowers left side in photo below.
Other varian given in book Materials for a flora of the Malayan peninsula 1, page 35, 1907 :
"All pale straw colour, or veined with red. Lip oblong entire yellow with red edges or red veined, apex dilatated denticulated retuse with rounded orange process in the centre."

Characteristic feature of Bolbidium quadrangulare commonly :- Pseuodbulbs c. 1.5 - 2.5 inch long, 0.33 inch broad (Ref. b)
- Mostly stem light green to yellow (Ref. c)
- Leaves bifolia at apical pseudobulb, 1.25 inch long, 0.33 inch broad (Ref. c)
- Flowers like dendrobium crumenatum, colour pale to white
- Lip, margin side lobe with purple 1 lines.
- Mid lobe with blotch green yellowish to orange
